How does crystal healing work?

Crystals have unique vibrational properties that interact with our energy fields.  Crystal healing is alternative medicine technique that uses semi precious stones and crystals.  Practitioners of crystal healing believe they can balance our chakras, boost low energy, reduce stress, boost your mood, calm emotions, inspire good fortune, remove negative energy and transform a body's aura.  The true magic is to use the energy from the crystals to inpsire positive emotions with you.  It is these positive emotions that will evoke real change in you physically and spiritually.  By working with crystals, we can tap into their energies to support healing and overall wellness.

Are the crystals we sell real?

Yes, we only stock 100% real genuine crystals and work with trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity.  We take great care in providing natural crystals to give you the healing and energy you need.

How should I cleanse and charge my crystals?

Cleansing and charging is essential to remove any stagnant energies and restore the crystals natural vibrations. There are various simple methods you can use, find a method that resonates with you and your crystals.  For more information please see our Crystal Guide page.

What is our ethical and environmental policy?

We take our ethical and environmental responsibilities seriously.  We make a dedicated effort and seek information from reputable suppliers that they source their minerals ethically, treat their employees with respect and there is no child labor involved.  All our packaging is made from recyclable products.

When will my order be despatched?

We despatch all orders received before 1pm on the very same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).  Orders placed over the weekend are despatched on Monday.

Will I receive items as shown on the website images?

Yes you will receive items of the same quality, colour and size as represented by the images in our online shop. Please note that crystals and stones are natural products therefore texture, sizing and colour variations and markings should be expected.

How can I get in touch with customer support?

There are many ways you can get in touch if you have an issue with your order, an inquiry or anything else you'd like to discuss with us.

Keep in mind, we will try to respond to you as soon as possible.  We reply to inquiries in order of being received, if you message or email us repeatedly you will loose your spot in the queue as we answer older messages first. 

What to do if my items are missing or damaged?

Should any items be missing from your parcel when it arrives, faulty or damaged please notify us as soon as possible on soultreatycrystals@gmail.com and we will assist straight away.

We always endeavor to put things right as quickly as possible in the way that you prefer. That is why we find it best to contact us first rather than returning the goods straight to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are asked to return your item, please make sure it is well packaged for the journey.
